This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were there at any hours. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Very nice hotel and wonderful area. I Definitely recommend Yantai Phoenix Garden Hotel!

Stayed for 6 days with my husband. Beds ended up comfy and the room was normally clean. The personnel have been incredibly handy and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff on the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds had been cozy and the other guests have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end.
